One of the movie sagas I appreciate most is "The Lord
of the Rings." They marked my tastes for a cinema set towards the Middle
Ages. I remember "The Fellowship of the Ring" (first film) I saw it
when I was about eight or nine. I immediately felt immense emotion that time
throughout the universe of creatures that enclosed this saga. Based mostly on
Norse mythology, though I may be wrong.
Although the three films that make up this saga seem
excellent to me, I stand out above the others "The Return of the
King". The great battle that unfolds in this last film of the trilogy,
besides being a highlight in the story, is one of the best I have seen in the
fantasy genre. Not for nothing, it is considered one of the best films in the
history of cinema.
Definitely, a saga I never get tired of seeing. The
epicity of each feature film managed to capture my attention very young, even
overshadowing the already quite long three hours that lasts each one on
average. I didn't think they were bland at all. They were entertaining, the
deaths, the war, everything. It sounds crazy, but at the end of the day, they
manage to surprise the public in the face of the folklore of a fictional world.

Great movie, I love the Tolken universe, but I prefer the books rather than the movies, I recommend you Hurin childs, a hug from Morgoth
